Entries are welcome from large and small agencies and teams.

To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete it, and upload it (as a Word or PDF document) via the online entry portal found here.

Judges respectfully ask that you do not exceed 1000 words. The word count does not include the company information at the beginning of the form, or the questions contained within the form.

All files must not exceed 2MB each. You can upload up to three supporting documents along with your entry form.

No – you can submit an unlimited number of entries in multiple categories. We even offer discounts for multiple entries. Organizations entering three awards will receive one additional free entry. Submit all four entries in one session and your discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

All entries made before 23:59 on 7th June 2024 will be charged an early bird administration fee of £165 plus VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. Entries submitted after the early bird close will be charged the standard administration fee of £235 + VAT, with the deadline for submissions being 21st June 2024. Entries submitted after 21st June 2024 will be charged the administration fee of £285 + VAT and must be submitted by the extended deadline on 23:59, 28th June 2024.

The early bird deadline is 7th June 2024 companies submitting entries on or before this date will make savings on the standard entry fee. The final entry deadline is 21st June 2024. The extended deadline is 28th June 2024.

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts. The judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.
